▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-sulfur co-doped three-dimensional graphene, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, adding melamine powder, adding ethanol solution into tripolythiocyanate, stirring uniformly to carry out hydrothermal reaction and drying the hydrothermal product to obtain a precursor; and (ii) subjecting the precursor to heat treatment at 600-1000 degrees C under argon protection. USE - The graphene is useful as an electrode material (claimed), preferably lithium-ion batteries and in the fields of super-capacitors and electro-catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has nitrogen content of 3-10%, sulfur element content of 0.5-3%, is safe, non-toxic, economical and easy to operate, where doping by hydrothermal method promotes three-dimensional structure and reduction of graphene oxide; and has a large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nitrogen-sulfur co-doped three-dimensional graphene, prepared as mentioned above.
