NOVELTY - Waveguide surface plasmon resonance sensor comprises a silicon film (3) arranged on a surface of a metal film (2), which is arranged on the surface of one side of a prism (1). A graphene layer (5) is arranged on the surface of a Franckeite layer (4), which is arranged on the surface of the silicon film. The material of the Franckeite layer includes Phosphate buffered saline and Tin disulfide (SnS2) and the thickness is 1.8 nm to 7.2 nm. The metal film is a silver film and thickness is 50 nm. The thickness of the silicon film is 5 nm. The prism is an SF10 prism and a refractive index is 1.723. The thickness of the graphene layer is 0.34 nm to 1.7 nm. USE - Used as waveguide surface plasmon resonance sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor: can ensure the detection of minute amounts of molecules; and has high sensitivity and fast response characteristics.
