▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A charged polythiophene modified graphene heat conducting filler is obtained by blending and modifying charged poly 3-hexylthiophene and graphene nanosheet. USE - The charged polythiophene modified graphene heat conducting filler is used in preparing heat-conducting composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can form cation-action between quat. ammonium salt and graphene in charged macromolecule, and enhances heat transfer performance between graphene layer to improve heat-conducting performance of polymer composite material under low-content filler filling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method for preparing charged polythiophene modified graphene heat conducting filler comprising taking 3-bromothiophene as raw material, obtaining 3-(6-bromohexyl)thiophene through lithium halogen exchange reaction, bromination reacting to obtain 2,5-dibromo-3-(6-bromohexyl)thiophene, taking 2,5-dibromo-3-(6-bromohexyl)thiophene as monomer, obtaining poly 3-(6-bromohexyl)thiophene through grignard metathesis (GRIM) reaction, obtaining poly 3-hexylthiophene by charge reaction, marking as P3HT-N, obtaining graphene nanosheet by electrochemical stripping graphite method, marking as GNS, blending and modifying P3HT-N and GNS, and marking as P3HT-N-GNS; and (2) a method for preparing heat-conducting composite material comprising adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) particles into deionized water, stirring and dissolving at 90degrees Celsius to obtain PVA solution, adding charged polythiophene modified graphene heat conducting filler, uniformly stirring and dispersing, obtaining P3HT-N-GNS/PVA composite film by vacuum filtering, and drying and peeling.
