NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dot core drug delivery system comprises providing graphene quantum dot aqueous solution and anticancer medicine aqueous solution i.e. small molecule anticancer medicine aqueous solution; mixing the graphene quantum dot aqueous solution and anticancer medicine aqueous solution at 5:1-50:1 mass ratio to obtain drug delivery system; cell culturing; and detecting cytotoxicity by (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay using fluorescence microscopy. USE - Preparation of graphene quantum dot core-targeted drug delivery system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene quantum dot core-targeted drug delivery system has low cytotoxicity and simple and easy preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene quantum dot core drug delivery system comprises providing graphene quantum dot aqueous solution and anticancer medicine aqueous solution i.e. small molecule anticancer medicine aqueous solution, where graphene quantum dot aqueous solution is prepared by using graphene oxide water solution as initiator, where graphene oxide is prepared by Hummers method, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as oxidizing agent, and iron ion (Fe3+) as catalyst, conducting Photo-Fenton reaction under UV radiation, dialyzing product in ultrapure water, removing unreacted H2O2, and obtaining pure graphene quantum dot aqueous solution; mixing the graphene quantum dot aqueous solution and anticancer medicine aqueous solution at 5:1-50:1 mass ratio to obtain drug delivery system; cell culturing; and detecting cytotoxicity by (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay using fluorescence microscopy. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene quantum dot aqueous solution.
