NOVELTY - The photoelectric device comprises a transparent backing, and includes a bottom electrode layer, a photosensitive layer, a resistive layer, and a top electrode layer that are sequentially stacked on the surface of the transparent backing. The chemical composition of the photosensitive layer includes one or more of molybdenum disulfide, graphene and boron nitride, preferably molybdenum disulfide. The chemical composition of the resistive layer includes gallium oxide and/or tantalum pentoxide, preferably gallium oxide. The chemical composition of the bottom electrode layer includes indium tin oxide (ITO) or fluorine-doped tin oxide, preferably ITO. The chemical composition of the top electrode layer includes one or more of gold, platinum, aluminum, copper, silver, titanium and ITO, preferably ITO. The transparent backing is a mica backing. USE - The photoelectric device is used for an artificial vision system (claimed) i.e. artificial intelligence bionic robot, and used for a photoelectric detector, photoelectric transistor, photoresist and photoelectric switch. ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric device has precise and stable color identification function, applied to the artificial vision system can finally display the accurate identification result of the external light environment for the user on the terminal, accurate color visual detection and distinguishing. The mica backing has flexible light transmittance, and it can better simulate human eye function.
