DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nano silver-containing fluorinated graphene composite material involves providing a graphene film in a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition reaction chamber containing argon gas as a carrier at 5x 10-4 to 5x 10-3 Pa, 200-600 degrees C and plasma-generated microwave power of 300-500 W, introducing fluorine gas, reacting for 1-20 hours, obtaining a fluorinated graphene film, transferring the fluorinated graphene film to a deposition chamber, degassing using inert gas for 20-30 minutes, adjusting vacuum degree of the reaction chamber to 10-6 to 10-7 Pa, adjusting temperature to 400-700 degrees C, introducing a silver reaction gas source formed by electron beam bombardment evaporation using silver as a target, and inert carrier gas into the reaction chamber, and growing nano silver on the fluorinated graphene film.
