NOVELTY - A fluorescence sensor preparing method involves preparing carbon nitride graphene nanosheet, and an organic small molecule chromogenic probe, forming synthetic inner filter fluorescence sensor by constituting two materials, and utilizing fluorescent or fluorescence imaging techniques for detecting biological thiol material. USE - Method for preparing fluorescence sensor for detecting biological thiol material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple and fast, and has high sensitivity, specificity, and low detection limit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for detecting biological thiol material by using the sensor.
