NOVELTY - The material has a graphene layer arranged on a foil, flat board, block or tube-type monocrystal metal catalytic layer. The monocrystal metal catalytic layer is arranged on a crystal plane (111) that is arranged on a substrate. The substrate is made of silicon, silicon dioxide, silicon nitride, zinc oxide, zirconia, nickel oxide, hafnium oxide, cobaltic oxide, copper oxide, iron oxide, magnesium oxide, alpha - aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, strontium titanate, lanthanum aluminate, titanium dioxide, tantalum oxide, niobium oxide or boron nitride. USE - Large-surface-area single-crystal monolayer graphene material for a transparent electrode, a display device, a semiconductor device, a separation film, a fuel cell, a solar cell and a sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer is arranged on the catalyst layer so as to improve quality and productivity of a large-area graphene thin film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The substrate is a mono crystal substrate, rain single crystalline substrate, silicon substrate, metal oxide substrate or ceramic substrate. The monocrystal metal catalytic layer is made of copper, nickel, cobalt, iron, ruthenium, platinum, palladium, gold, silver, aluminum, chrome, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, rhodium, silicone, tantalum, titanium, tungsten, uranium, vanadium, iridium or zirconium.
