NOVELTY - The preparation method of water damping paint involves preparing graphene oxide by chemical oxidizing flake graphite, reacting 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polytetrahydrofuran as monomers, methyl ethyl ketone and dibutyltin dilaurate, adding 1,4-butanediol and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid as chain extender and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone to solution, reacting, adding epoxy resin and acetone, reacting to obtain polyurethane-epoxy resin interpenetrating polymer network, then emulsifying, adding graphene oxide to emulsion and ultrasonically processing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide-modified polyurethane-epoxy resin water damping paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide-modified polyurethane-epoxy resin water damping paint with excellent mechanical properties, tensile strength and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene oxide-modified polyurethane-epoxy resin water damping paint involves preparing graphene oxide by chemical oxidizing high purity flake graphite, reacting 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polytetrahydrofuran as monomers, methyl ethyl ketone as solvent and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours, adding 1,4-butanediol and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid as chain extender and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone as solvent to reaction solution, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain prepolymer, adding epoxy resin and acetone to prepolymer, reacting at 70-80 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain polyurethane-epoxy resin interpenetrating polymer network, then emulsifying using deionized water as emulsifier to obtain emulsion, adding graphene oxide to emulsion and ultrasonically processing for 2-3 hours.
