NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises adding graphite oxide to solvent, ultrasonically stirring to obtain 0.25-1 mg/ml graphene oxide suspension, adding alkali solution to adjust pH value to 10-11, adding reducing agent, and sonicating to obtain precursor solution; and sealing into reactor, preheating to 60-100 degrees C, increasing temperature to 240-400 degrees C at 5-25 MPa for 10-60 minutes, and taking out. USE - Method for preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method instantly released supercritical fluid pressure, breaks Van der Waals force between graphene layers, prevents agglomeration, and allows dispersion in various solvent after reduction.
