The graphene substrate layer of the utility model is grown on the upper and lower surfaces of the aluminium foil by CVD; compared with the original single-layer copper foil, it has better shielding effect; and the graphene substrate layer can quickly radiate; it increases the applicability of the product; at the same time, it can improve the elastic and anti-aging performance of the whole composite belt.
