NOVELTY - Preparing leather fat-liquoring agent comprises e.g. adding etherified product, modified graphene, N-methylol acrylamide, absolute ethanol to three-mouth flask with thermometer and reflux device, placing in water bath, stirring, adding initiator, stirring to react, filtering to obtain filter cake, adding filter cake, ammonium dodecyl sulfate, emulsifier, dodecyl phosphate monoester, water to beaker, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain leather fat-liquoring agent. The preparation of etherified product specifically comprises e.g. adding castor oil, sodium methoxide, triethanolamine to three-mouth flask, heating, stirring, adding glycerol, stirring to react to obtain alcoholysis product, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, evaporating in rotary evaporator to obtain concentrated solution, adding concentrated solution, 2-propenol to three-mouth flask with thermometer and reflux device, placing in oil bath, and stirring to react to obtain etherified product. USE - The method is useful for preparing leather fat-liquoring agent. ADVANTAGE - The leather fat-liquoring agent: has modified graphene to enhance the bonding ability with leather fibers, thus ensures good physical and mechanical properties e.g. elasticity, toughness, elongation, and softness, and ensures good lubrication and impregnation between the leather fibers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing leather fat-liquoring agent comprises (i) adding 40-50 pts. wt. etherified product, 10-12 pts. wt. modified graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. N-methylol acrylamide, and 300-350 ml absolute ethanol to three-mouth flask with thermometer and reflux device, placing three-mouth flask in water bath, controlling the temperature of water bath at 70-75 degrees C, stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. initiator to three-mouth flask, stirring to react for 2-3 hours, and filtering to obtain filter cake, and (ii) adding 20-30 pts. wt. filter cake, 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium dodecyl sulfate, 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifier, 3-5 pts. wt. dodecyl phosphate monoester, and 40-50 pts. wt. water to beaker, placing beaker in an ultrasonic disperser, and ultrasonically dispersing at a frequency of 35-45 kHz for 30-40 minutes to obtain the leather fat-liquoring agent. The preparation of etherified product specifically comprises (1) adding 70-80 ml castor oil, 4-5 g of sodium methoxide, and 5-7 ml triethanolamine to three-mouth flask with dripping funnel and condensing device, heating, stirring to mix at a speed of 200-300 revolutions/minute, adding 40-50 ml glycerol to three-mouth flask, and stirring to react for 3-4 hours to obtain alcoholysis product, and (2) centrifuging the alcoholysis at a speed 3000-4000 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes, collecting supernatant and transferring to a rotary evaporator, evaporating and concentrating for 20-30 minutes to obtain a concentrated solution, adding 40-50 g concentrated solution, and 20-30 g 2-propenol to three-mouth flask with thermometer and reflux device, placing flask in oil bath, stirring to react for 2-3 hours, and finishing reaction to obtain etherified product. The preparation of modified graphene specifically comprises (A) placing graphite acid in a freezing crusher, crushing for 30-40 minutes to obtain graphite powder, adding graphite powder, glucose, and water to the fermentation tank, sealing, fermenting for 7-8 days, finishing fermentation, placing fermentation product in sterilizing tank, sterilizing for 20-25 minutes to obtain activated graphene suspension, and (B) centrifuging the graphene suspension at a speed of 2000-3000 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes to obtain a precipitate, adding obtained precipitate and water in beaker, placing beaker in an ultrasonic disperser, ultrasonically dispersing at a frequency of 35-40 kHz for 30-40 minutes, filtering to obtain the modified graphene as filter residue.
