▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High cold-resistant acrylate rubber comprises 80-88 pts. wt. acrylic rubber, 10-16 pts. wt. rubber, 2-4 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 18-22 pts. wt. graphene, 1.5-1.9 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. plasticizer TOTM (trioctyl trimellitate), 1.6-2.1 pts. wt. octylsilane-bound silica gel, 14-17 pts. wt. silica fine powder, 1-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant 445, 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. antioxidant RDA (recommended daily allowance), 6.5-7.3 pts. wt. N,N'-dicinnamylidene-1,6-hexanediamine, 2.2-2.6 pts. wt. accelerator BG and 0.7-1 pts. wt. accelerator ZDC (zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate). USE - The rubber is useful in the preparation of an oil return pipe of automobiles (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method meets oil-, heat-, cold - and anti-aging resistances requirement of oil return pipe of automobiles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rubber, comprising (i) mixing graphene, octylsilane-bound silica gel and silicon oxide micro-powder, pre-heating to 150-158 degrees C, pre-heating stearic acid, plasticizer TOTM, antioxidant 445 and antioxidant RDA to 155-162 degrees C; (ii) mixing acrylic rubber, rubber and epoxy resin, subjectgin to microwave heating for 2-3 minutes under microwave power of 450-500 W and microwave frequency of 6-8 GHz to obtain a primary mixed material; (iii) mixing the primary mixed material with the preheated product of the step (i), pouring step (ii)product and mixing to obtain rubber composite; and (iv) adding N N,N'-dicinnamylidene-1,6-hexanediamine to the rubber composite, vulcanizing accelerator BG and accelerator ZDC for 3-5 minutes at 158- 165 degrees C under pressure of 18-20 MPa, and naturally cooling.
