▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Corrosion protection composition (100) comprises a first and a second filler component in a weight ratio of 0.4-1.2. The first filling component comprises carbon flakes (102) and a nanostructure component (104) including nanotubes, nanowires and nanofibers. The second filling component has a polymer matrix (106). The carbon platelets and/or the carbon nanostructure component have a silane functionalization or a polyether functionalization, where the degree of functionalization is 5-90%, preferably 20-40%. USE - The composition is useful for corrosion protection coating of surfaces (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) layer structure comprising a first layer and a second layer, the first layer having the corrosion protection composition and the second layer being a topcoat layer, the first layer has a layer thickness of 5-60 mm, preferably 15-40 mm, and the second layer has a layer thickness of 10-300 mm, preferably 30-100 mm; (2) corrosion monitoring system comprising the layer structure, a material to be monitored having a surface, the first layer being applied to the surface, a device for frequency-dependent determination of the impedance with at least one measuring electrode and a counter electrode, one of the two electrodes (900) being in contact with the second layer or the first layer, the other of the electrodes being in contact with the material, the electrode on the surface being further preferred the second layer is realized via an electrically conductive elastomer without the use of an electrolyte, and an impedance measuring unit and/or analyzer for determining the corrosion and/or permeation occurring in the layer structure from the frequency-dependent determined impedance; (3) comprehensive corrosion protection system comprising a the layer structure or corrosion protection composition, a metallic and electrically conductive material (200) to be protected having a surface, the first layer being applied to the surface, a polarization device with a first and a second electrode, the first electrode with the material and the second electrode directly with the first layer or indirectly with the first layer via a side facing away from the surface first layer arranged conductive layer is contacted, where the polarization device is designed to polarize the first layer positively with respect to the surface by the electrodes; (4) coating a surface to be protected against corrosion, comprising: applying the corrosion protection composition as a dispersion in the uncured state to the surface to be protected, and curing the anti-corrosion composition on the surface; and (5) use of the corrosion protection system and/or the corrosion monitoring system as a general sensor system, preferably as a capacitive sensor system for use as proximity sensors on surfaces of coated components and materials of all kinds.
