NOVELTY - A method for preparing metal-organic framework materials by ball milling-solution blending comprises (S1) mixing polyethylene terephthalate and alkali metal hydroxide, and performing ball milling to degrade the polyethylene terephthalate to obtain an intermediate product, which is a para mixture of phthalates and glycols, and (S2) dissolving the intermediate product obtained in step (S1) in water to obtain a mixed solution, and adding a metal salt solution to the mixed solution to react the metal ion produced by the ionization of the metal salt with the terephthalate ion, to obtain the metal-organic framework material. USE - The method is used for preparing metal-organic framework material by ball milling-solution blending. ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally-friendly, simple, efficient, sustainable, does not use organic solvent normal pressure reaction, rapid reaction, low cost and high yield, provides a new method for the upgraded chemical recycling of urban and industrial waste polyethylene terephthalate, and provides a new strategy for the low-cost and industrial preparation of metal-organic framework materials and their composites.
