NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-titanium diboride composite involves dispersing oxidized titanium diboride in hydrogen peroxide solution, reacting, washing, filtering, obtaining hydroxylated intermediate, mixing with anhydrous ethanol, obtaining suspension, adding ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, reacting, filtering, washing, drying, obtaining aminated product, dispersing graphite oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion, adding aminated product, reacting, adding ascorbic oxide, reacting, filtering, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-titanium diboride composite used for micro-capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide-titanium diboride composite having high dispersibility and dielectric constant, by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide-titanium diboride composite involves dispersing 10 pts. wt. oxidized titanium diboride in 50-60 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide solution having concentration of 35-40%, reacting at 100-106 degrees C for 5-6 hours, washing, filtering, obtaining hydroxylated intermediate, mixing with 100-120 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, obtaining suspension, adding 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. ( gamma )-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, reacting at 60-65 degrees C for 5-6 hours, filtering, washing, drying, obtaining aminated product, dispersing 1 pts. wt. graphite oxide in 500-600 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion, adding aminated product, reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 12-24 hours, adding 10 pts. wt. ascorbic oxide, reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 24-48 hours, filtering, washing and drying.
