▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Zinc salt is dissolved in distilled water, graphene oxide suspension is added, mixed, alkali reagent is added, and stirred, to obtain zinc hydroxide-graphene oxide sol. The obtained sol is irradiated with ultraviolet light, aged, to obtain zinc hydroxide-graphene oxide gel, reducing agent is added and reacted. The resultant reaction material is washed using water and ethanol and dried, to obtain zinc hydroxide-graphene dry gel. The obtained gel is added into a muffle furnace and high-temperature treatment is performed, to obtain nano zinc oxide-modified graphene hybrid material. USE - Preparation of nano zinc oxide-modified graphene hybrid material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides nano zinc oxide-modified graphene hybrid material having large specific surface area, with reduced usage amount of zinc oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite oxide is dispersed in water or organic solvent for 0.5-2.5 hours and centrifuged, to obtain graphene oxide suspension. Zinc salt is dissolved in water to obtain zinc salt aqueous solution, the obtained graphene oxide suspension is added, mixed uniformly, alkali reagent is added to the resultant mixed solution, and ultrasonically stirred for 0.5-1.5 hours, to obtain zinc hydroxide-graphene oxide sol. The obtained zinc hydroxide-graphene oxide sol is irradiated with ultraviolet light, aged at room temperature, to obtain zinc hydroxide-graphene oxide gel, reducing agent is added and reacted at 80-90 degrees C for 6-24 hours. The resultant reaction material is repeatedly washed using water and ethanol and dried at 50-70 degrees C for 12-36 hours under vacuum, to obtain black zinc hydroxide-graphene dry gel. The obtained black zinc hydroxide-graphene dry gel is added into a muffle furnace and high-temperature treatment is performed, to obtain gray nano zinc oxide-modified graphene hybrid material.
