NOVELTY - Graphene- strontium titanate material, is claimed. The precursor is obtained by the solution-gel method, and then the precursor is repeatedly burned with a combustion aid. USE - The titanate material is useful as waste heat circulating material and aerospace material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The titanate material has excellent photo-catalytic capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene- strontium titanate material comprises (i) mixing titanium butoxide with a dispersant capable of dissolving titanium butoxide to obtain a liquid A, mixing with strontium chloride hydrate and citric acid, adding with water, mixing and heating, obtaining B liquid, pouring liquid A into liquid B, heat preserving and aging, and obtaining the precursor for later use, adding combustion aid to immerse the prepared precursor and stir, ignite and burn, adding a combustion aid after the flame is naturally extinguished, and repeating the operations of ignition, stirring and natural extinguishing, until the precursor changes from yellow-brown to gray-black and then collect the product.
