NOVELTY - Hollow plate with high strength and high toughness comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polypropylene particles, 20-30 pts. wt. antioxidant and 30-50 pts. wt. filling agent. USE - The hollow plate is useful in advertisement board, recycling box, industrial board, protective board, electronic industrial protection. ADVANTAGE - The method: cross-links the modified graphene in the polypropylene macromolecular chain by the acetal reaction, which increases the interface bonding force between the modified graphene and the polypropylene molecules; greatly improves the strength and toughness of the hollow plate and has mild reaction conditions and simple preparation principle. The hollow plate: is strong in antistatic and ultraviolet absorption; has high strength and toughness, and is of great practical value.
