▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-metal composite microwave-absorbing material, involves dissolving a soluble metal salt in water to obtain a metal salt aqueous solution, adding the metal salt aqueous solution to graphene oxide, freeze-drying to obtain a metal salt/graphene oxide mixture, placing the mixture in a tubular furnace, increasing the furnace inner temperature from room temperature to 250-300 degrees C at 10-15 degrees C/minute, and introducing pure nitrogen or pure hydrogen for reduction reaction. The mass ratio of metal element of the metal salt with respect to graphene oxide is 1-2:10. USE - Preparation of graphene-metal composite microwave-absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables environmentally-friendly and economical preparation of graphene-metal composite microwave-absorbing material comprising metal uniformly dispersed in graphene in the form of quantum dots or nanoparticles with a particle size of 2-20 nm, without introduction of impurities. The material has excellent microwave-absorbing capability, and absorption effect with respect to electromagnetic waves of low-high frequency, and achieves 90% microwave attenuation.
