▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene nanoribbon comprises a repeating unit RU1 comprising at least 20% of edge carbons which can unambiguously be assigned as zigzag or cove type carbon atoms. USE - Used as a graphene nanoribbons. ADVANTAGE - Graphene nanoribbons have controlled zig-zag edge and cove edge configuration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a process (P1) for preparing the graphene, comprising: (a) providing at least one aromatic monomer compound which is at least one optionally substituted polycyclic aromatic monomer compound, and/or at least one optionally substituted oligo phenylene aromatic monomer compound on a solid substrate; (b) polymerization of the aromatic monomer compound so as to form at least one polymer on the surface of the solid substrate; and (c) at least partially cyclodehydrogenating at least one polymer of step (b); (2) a process (P2) for preparing the graphene nanoribbon, comprising: (a1) providing at least one aromatic monomer compound which is at least one optionally substituted polycyclic aromatic monomer compound, and/or at least one optionally substituted oligo phenylene aromatic monomer compound in solution; (b1) polymerization of the aromatic monomer compound so as to form at least one polymer; and step (c) as above per se; (3) a polymer obtained by steps (a) and (b) or (a1) and (b1); and (4) an aromatic monomer compound.
