NOVELTY - A high-strength polyacrylonitrile nanocomposite fiber is prepared by taking organic solvent or mixed solution of organic solvent and water, adding graphene, uniformly mixing, adding polyacrylonitrile, dissolving at 30-120 degrees C, dispersing in concentrated acid or aqueous solution of inorganic salt, doping at 20-80 degrees C, filtering, degassing, coagulating at - 40 to 5 degrees C to obtain primary fiber, extracting, drying, heat stretching, and heat setting. USE - Method for preparing high-strength polyacrylonitrile nanocomposite fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy, and suitable for mass production.
