NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene transistor device whose two ends are provided with an electrode. A gold nano-particle connects a DNA on a surface of the graphene transistor device. A copper foil of the graphene is soaked in gold nano-particle solution. Stones graphene utilizes flexible of poly (methyl methacrylate) polymer film as a carrier. The copper foil is transferred to contain 300nm hot oxide layer of silicon dioxide of a high doping of silicon chip. USE - Graphene DNA sensor.
