▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An injection moldable/extrudable composite comprises a non-extrudable or poorly-extrudable polymer and graphene/graphite oxide or graphene oxide. The injection moldable/extrudable composite preserves at least 80% or enhances primary physical properties of a compression molded polymer. USE - Injection moldable/extrudable composite is used for producing compression-molded ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/polypropylene composite or ultra -high molecular weight polyethylene/polypropylene/graphene oxide composite. ADVANTAGE - The injection moldable/extrudable composite preserves or enhances at least one mechanical, electrical, and thermal physical properties of the compression molded product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the injection moldable/extrudable composite, which involves mixing a powder or pellets of the non-extrudable or poorly-extrudable polymer with 0.01-20 wt.% graphene and/or graphene oxide under conditions in which the polymer powder or pellets and graphene and/or graphene oxide are mixed.
