NOVELTY - Nanocomposition is obtained by the reaction of inner core material and modification material, where core material includes at least one of inorganic non-metallic nanomaterials, noble metal nanomaterials, metal-organic framework materials, polymer nanoparticles and composite materials formed from the above materials. The modification materials include stabilizers and/or active materials. The active material includes at least one of photosensitizers, sonosensitizers, bacterial targeting molecules, and active drug molecules. USE - Nanocomposite used for preparing composition as micro-ecological nano-regulator for regulating intestinal microbial flora and/or intestinal microbial flora metabolic product-related diseases, where intestinal microorganism in control intestinal microflora comprises probiotics, Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria, facultative anaerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, pathogen, condition pathogenic bacteria, and intestinal microbial flora metabolic product related disease comprises cardiovascular system disease, digestive system disease, nervous system disease, endocrine system disease, psychiatric disease, inflammation, and beneficial metabolic product comprises a short chain fatty acid, branched amino acid, protocatechuic acid, glutamine, nicotinic acid, linoleic acid, gamma-aminobutyric acid, serotonin, taurine, short chain fatty acid comprises at least one of acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, and branched amino acid comprises at least one of leucine, isoleucine and valine (all claimed).
