NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/carbon nanotube composite film, involves constructing a titanium/cobalt array on the surface of the copper foil with the graphene, growing the carbon nano tube in situ, and etching to remove the copper foil to obtain composite film. USE - Method for preparing graphene/carbon nanotube composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively improves the problem of weak binding force between graphene and carbon nanotubes, and prepare a composite thin film in which graphene and carbon nanotubes are tightly bound. The thin film has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene/carbon nanotube composite film, which is made by the preparation method.
