NOVELTY - Improved circulation expansion silicon carbon cathode comprises a graphene coating layer compounded on the surface of a current collector. A cathode material layer is compounded on the surface of the coating graphene. The cathode material layer comprises graphene-coated silicon carbon cathode material. USE - The improved circulation expansion silicon carbon cathode is useful in silicon carbon cathode battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicon carbon cathode: provides a synergistic effect; exerts the unique properties of graphene to improve the cyclic expansion; has enhanced bonding force and cycle of battery and excellent conductivity and; can reduce the silicon carbon cathode active material falling off from the current collector to form voids thus improves the overall expansion of the battery.
