NOVELTY - Preparing nano rare earth thermal-insulating and anti-corrosion transparent coating comprises (1) providing 20-30 pts. wt. thermal-insulating functional filler, 0.5-1 pts. wt. preservative, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. dispersant, 20-25 pts. wt. silicone resin, 15-20 pts. wt. polyurethane modified epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. transparent hollow glass bead, 3-8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. film-forming agent, and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. defoaming agent, (2) ultrasonically mixing and stirring thermal insulation functional filler, transparent hollow glass microsphere, polyurethane modified epoxy resin, silicone resin, film-forming agent and dispersing agent for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixed solution 1, (3) adding preservative to the above mixed solution 1, adding anhydrous ethanol dispersion, and sand-milling to obtain mixed solution 2, and (4) adding defoaming agent, and leveling agent to mixed solution, and ultrasonic mixing. USE - The nano rare earth thermal-insulating and anti-corrosion transparent coating is useful for glass curtain wall of green energy-saving building in city construction development. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has good thermal insulation property, heat dissipation property, anti-corrosion property, high visible light transmittance, ultraviolet shielding rate, and infrared blocking rate; and is economical and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano rare earth thermal-insulating and anti-corrosion transparent coating comprises (1) providing 20-30 pts. wt. thermal-insulating functional filler, 0.5-1 pts. wt. preservative, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. dispersant, 20-25 pts. wt. silicone resin, 15-20 pts. wt. polyurethane modified epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. transparent hollow glass bead, 3-8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. film-forming agent, and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. defoaming agent, (2) ultrasonically mixing and stirring thermal insulation functional filler, transparent hollow glass microsphere, polyurethane modified epoxy resin, silicone resin, film-forming agent and dispersing agent for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixed solution 1, (3) adding preservative to the above mixed solution 1, adding anhydrous ethanol dispersion to make total volume to 0.5-1 l, and sand-milling for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed solution 2, and (4) adding 300 µl defoaming agent, and 4 ml leveling agent to 30 ml mixed solution, and ultrasonic mixing for 30-40 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nano rare earth thermal-insulating and anti-corrosion transparent coating.
