NOVELTY - Aqueous phenolic epoxy electrostatic conductive coating comprises component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of 100:(20-35). The component A comprises 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous novolac epoxy emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy modified acrylic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive polymer modified graphene-carbon nanotube composite water dispersion, 1-5 pts. wt. silver-coated aluminum powder, 0.5-2 pts. wt. water-soluble phenolic aldehyde epoxy resin, antirust pigment, filler, wetting dispersant, film-forming auxiliary agent, silane coupling agent, rheology auxiliary agent, base material wetting agent, antifoaming agent, rust inhibitor and water. The component B includes cashew phenol modified phenolic aldehyde amine aqueous curing agent, modified fatty amine aqueous curing agent, absolute ethyl alcohol and water. USE - The aqueous novolac epoxy static conductive coating is useful for long-acting protection. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous novolac epoxy static conductive coating has long service life, good construction, fast drying, low temperature curing, and excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance. The coating has low volatile organic compounds content, high static conductivity, adhesive force, water resistance, water boiling resistance, chemical resistance and weather resistance.
