NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible battery electrode, involves mixing an active material, a conductive agent, and a binder into a mixture under solvent-free conditions, continuously applying external force to the mixture to make the binder molecule generate fibrosis, and rolling the mixture into an electrode by continuous rolling using a roller machine. USE - Preparation of flexible electrode for batteries (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not use any solvent, is environmentally-friendly, avoids potential harm to the worker, reduces the weight of the current collector, and increases the flexibility of the electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) flexible battery electrode comprising 0.1-20 wt.% conductive agent, 0.1-20 wt.% binder, and 60-99.8 wt.% active material; and (2) battery.
