NOVELTY - Ultra-high conductive electric wire cable comprises graphene coated copper powder, where the copper powder comprises single crystal copper, and the graphene layer coating area is 90-100 wt.% of the surface area of copper powder. USE - Ultra-high conductive electric wire cable. ADVANTAGE - The method provides ultra-high conductive wire cable with improved maximum degree of material conductivity; using single crystal copper and controlling the corresponding temperature and other parameters, yhe number of layers of graphene can be better controlled, achieve large-scale preparation of single-crystal copper-based graphene composites, maximizes the conductivity of the material.
