▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The film (300) has an ink layer (102) formed by providing functionalized graphene, mixing the functionalized graphene with cellulose and dispersing the mixture of the functionalized graphene and cellulose in solvent, where the functionalized graphene is selected from a group consisting of aliphatic ester, aromatic ester, amine, epoxide, carboxyl, hydroxyl, siloxanes and silanes. A substrate layer (104) is formed with the ink layer and made of polyethylene terephthalate. Another substrate layer (202) is formed on the formed ink layer to sandwich the formed ink layer between the substrate layers. Another ink layer (302) is formed between the latter substrate layer and the former ink layer. USE - Multilayer film for use during food packaging. ADVANTAGE - The film is recyclable, lightweight and highly impermeable to provide an efficient barrier layer between goods and an external environment, so that physical properties of the film can be improved significantly by the substrate layer. The functionalized graphene provides higher mechanical robustness to the film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a multilayer film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a multilayer film. Ink layers (102, 302) Substrate layers (104, 202) Substrate surface (204) Multilayer film (300)
