NOVELTY - A boron powder, titanium powder and graphene graphite aqueous solution are evenly mixed, low-temperature frozen and dried, to obtain oxide graphene-boron-titanium mixed powder. The oxidized graphene-boron-titanium mixed powder is placed in hydrazine hydrate for 2-3 hours, to obtain graphene-boron-titanium mixed powder. The graphene-boron-titanium mixed powder is cold-pressed, to obtain cold blank. The cold blank is sintered in discharge plasma sintering furnace, to obtain titanium-based composite material. USE - Preparation of titanium-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of titanium-based composite material with excellent hardness, mechanical property and pressure resistance.
