NOVELTY - The device has a computer (1) connected with a laser (2), a three-dimensional moving platform (4) and an alternating current (AC) shaft rotating platform (6). An emitting end of the laser is connected with a light path adjusting module (3). A transparent substrate (5) is fixed on the three-dimensional moving platform and located at a lower end of the light path adjusting module. The AC shaft rotating platform is provided with a clamp (7) that clamps a target substrate (8). The target substrate is located at a lower side of the three-dimensional moving platform, where the laser comprises a nanosecond laser, a micromicrosecond laser and a femtosecond laser. USE - Device for performing original position high precision liquid metal printing process for a flexible electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The device is easy to control, and has high precision, low cost and simple operation, and wide application range, and realizes in situ high precision printing on a liquid metal microcircuit on a complex curved surface substrate to improve high precision forming ability of the device for constructing the flexible electronic device with high density and high integration degree, and manufactures the liquid metal microcircuit with line width of about 5 microns on the complex curved surface in easy manner.
