NOVELTY - Solid waste plastic type water-repellent comprises 10-35 wt.% sulfonated oil, 0.5-5 wt.% graphene oxide, 8-35 wt.% polyol, 0.2-1.2 wt.% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and balance is water. USE - Solid waste plastic type water repellent agent is used for recycling red mud or saponified slag and preparing water-resistant building material i.e. roadbed water stabilization layer material (all claimed) in the technical field of solid waste resource treatment. ADVANTAGE - The solid waste plastic water repellent agent has good water resistance, avoids overflow of water-soluble alkaline substances and overflow of heavy metal ions in recycling treatment of red mud or saponification slag, is economic and environment-friendly, and has environmental friendliness. The unconfined pressure is greatly improved. The water-soluble alkaline substances and heavy metal ions in red mud or saponification slag are prevented from overflowing during usage. The solid waste plastic water repellent agent is suitable for treating solid wastes in large batch, and has advantages of little addition of the curing agent, large usage amount of roadbed material and good economic benefit when used as the roadbed material. The repellent agent replaces water stabilizing layer material (the existing main components are sand, pebble and cement) of highway with the new roadbed material prepared by uniformly stirring and compacting solid waste plastic mold and mixed soil, reduces exploitation of sand and pebble, reduces carbon emission of fired cement, and meets the requirement of green environmental protection. The repellent agent reduce the use of river sand and cement, reduce energy consumption and construction cost, meet the requirement of carbon neutralization, and have wide market and bright prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing solid waste plastic type water-repellent agent for recycling red mud or saponified slag, which involves mixing sulfonated oil, graphene oxide, polyol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and water, where stirring temperature is 5-58degrees Celsius, and stirring time is 0.5-10 hours to obtain waste plastic water-repellent agent; and (2) a water-resistant building material for red mud or saponification slag recycling, which is prepared by mixing the mixed soil and solid waste plastic waterproof agent in the mass ratio of 100:0.01-1.0, where mixed soil is red mud mixed soil or saponified slag mixed soil, mass ratio of red mud and slag soil in red mud mixed soil is 1:0.5-2, and mass ratio of saponified slag to slag soil in saponified slag mixed soil is 1:0.5-2.
