NOVELTY - Graphene-polymer composite (20) comprises a plate shaped graphene (20a), and a polymer coating layer (30a) that is bonded to surfaces of the graphene and smoothly forms a bendable film shape with a graphene layer. USE - The composite is useful in a graphene-polymer composite device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite reduces electromagnetic transfer characteristic degradation of the graphene by an electron scattering effect, prevents power loss through the substrate or electric signal reduction, reduces the damage of graphene due to chemical factor and improves performance and productivity of the device, and has better electrical, optical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) producing a graphene-polymer composite, comprising preparing a base, depositing a polymer and a graphene on a flat plane of the base, film type-etching the base in which a polymer coating layer is combined in the graphene, integrating the polymer coating layer on both sides of the graphene, and laminating; (2) a graphene-polymer composite device, comprising a substrate in which a graphene is deposited; and (3) manufacturing a device equipped with a graphene-polymer composite, including forming a polymer layer and a graphene layer, forming a photoresist in an upper side of a structure generated after the multilayer formation, and etching a polymer layer and a graphene layer to a shape corresponding to a photoresist pattern and forming the graphene-polymer composite on a substrate.
