▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Processing optical topology conversion method based on the composite layered periodic structure of magneto-optical materials and graphene comprises (i) establishing a composite layered periodic structure model of magneto-optical material and graphene, (ii) analyzing and calculating the dielectric tensor of the composite layered periodic structure, (iii) calculating and determining the magnetic field and electric field expressions and corresponding boundary conditions in the composite layered periodic structure, (iv) calculating the transmission matrix of the composite layered periodic structure, (v) deriving dispersion relation equation of infinite periodic structure from Bloch's theorem, (vi) adjusting the external magnetic field based on the dispersion relation equation to obtain the change of the iso-frequency surface, and realizing the optical topology conversion. USE - The method is useful for processing optical topology conversion method based on the composite layered periodic structure of magneto-optical materials and graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables utilizing a new material structure to construct layered periodic material uniform using anisotropic graphene-using thin layer and magneto-optical material by adjusting the external magnetic field strength, an isotropic material layer thickness ratio in a unit cell; realizes optical topology conversion; and analyzes hyperbolic dispersion characteristic in an easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the optical topological conversion system based on magneto-optical material and graphene composite layered periodic structure.
