NOVELTY - A high thermal conductivity composite film comprises premixed material layer and in-plane reinforcement layer laminated together. The premixed material layer comprises thermally conductive filler, auxiliary agent and adhesive. The weight ratio of thermally conductive filler and auxiliary agent is 0.1-40:1. The ratio of total content of thermally conductive filler and auxiliary agent and adhesive content is 5.5-49:1. USE - The high thermal conductivity composite film is used for high-end applications, such as military, aerospace and other high-end requirements for thermal conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The composite film can maintain high horizontal thermal conductivity and vertical thermal conductivity, and has large thickness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the high thermal conductivity composite film comprising mixing thermally conductive filler, auxiliary agent and adhesive to obtain premixed material, adding in-plane reinforcement layer at mass ratio of 0.8-2:1, compounding, and molding; and (2) a high thermal conductivity composite film.
