NOVELTY - Static electricity control device comprises multiple conveying shafts (120) on which rollers (121) for conveying display panels (10) are installed. An energized bearing for rotatably supporting multiple conveying shafts and electrically connecting inner and outer rings. A bearing holder for supporting the energized bearing to be electrically connected to an outer ring of the energized bearing. The static electricity generated during the transportation of the display panel can be controlled by discharging it to the outside through the energized bearing and the bearing holder. A conductive lubricant is filled between the inner ring and the outer ring, where the conductive lubricant is silicon oil, graphene powder, and/or tin oxide. USE - The static electricity control device is useful for transporting display panels. ADVANTAGE - The static electricity control device utilizes energized bearing having a simple configuration having conductivity between inner and outer rings to easily remove static electricity generated during transport of a display panel, reduces installation and maintenance costs, can monitor and manage grounding state for each conveying shaft, and location of grounding defect can be accurately identified and follow-up measures can be taken promptly.
