▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A foam porous graphene/polypyrrole composite oil absorbing material is prepared by using graphite as raw material to prepare graphite oxide, dispersing graphite oxide into mixed solution of ethanol and water, heating to 50-80 degrees C, adding KH570 silane coupling agent into the system, reacting for 4 hours, washing product by ethanol and deionized water, processing the vacuum-dried system at 60 degrees C for 48 hours, obtaining functional graphite oxide, and processing ultrasonography to functional graphite oxide product for 6 hours before dispersing into water to prepare water solution of graphene oxide. USE - A preparation method of foam porous graphene/polypyrrole composite oil absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Method has simple operation and mild reaction condition and allows for mass production, and high oil absorbing property is obtained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A foam porous graphene/polypyrrole composite oil absorbing material is prepared by using graphite as raw material to prepare graphite oxide, dispersing graphite oxide into mixed solution of ethanol and water, heating to 50-80 degrees C, adding KH570 silane coupling agent into the system, reacting for 4 hours, washing product by ethanol and deionized water, processing the vacuum-dried system at 60 degrees C for 48 hours, obtaining functional graphite oxide, processing ultrasonography to functional graphite oxide product for 6 hours before dispersing into water to prepare water solution of graphene oxide, adding pyrrole, styrene, or butyl methacrylate or lauryl methacrylate and initiator ammonium persulfate or potassium persulfate, processing constant-temperature reaction in hydrothermal reaction kettle at 160-180 degrees C for 10 hours, obtaining black solid, and freezing and drying the black solid.
