▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified melamine cyanurate (MCA) flame retardant comprises 120-130 pts. wt. melamine, 125-135 pts. wt. cyanuric acid, 4-5 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. red phosphorus, and 900-1100 pts. wt. pure water. USE - Used as modified MCA flame retardant. ADVANTAGE - The modified MCA flame retardant: is environmentally friendly and halogen-free; has excellent flame retardant performance; and improves the flame retardant properties of plastic products while improving the mechanical properties of plastic products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified MCA flame retardant comprising (i) adding gas phase silicon dioxide powder and pure water into a container in weight ratio of 1:20, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain silicon dioxide solution; (ii) adding pure water to the container and heating to 85degreesC, adding cyanuric acid and stirring for 10 minutes; adding red phosphorus and melamine in sequence, stirring for 10 minutes, adding graphene oxide, stirring for 10 minutes, heating to 95degreesC for reaction, adding the silicon dioxide solution obtained in step (i), continuously stirring and reacting at constant temperature to obtain the product; and (iii) washing the product obtained in the step (ii), drying to obtain the modified MCA flame retardant.
