▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing medical material surface chitosan/ graphene oxide coating comprises (i) preparing a medical material with a phosphate coating on the surface, where the medical material being a medical magnesium or magnesium alloy implant, (ii) immersing the medical magnesium or magnesium alloy implant into the chitosan/graphene oxide solution, taking out and soaking in an alkaline solution, rinsing and drying. USE - The method for preparing medical material surface chitosan/graphene oxide coating is useful in fixing implant in magnesium alloy bone (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has good biocompatibility, which not only can further enhance the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy phosphate coating, but also has excellent anti-bacterial performance, better making up the bacterial infection problem caused by phosphate coating at the same time using the synergistic effect of the composite coating of the phosphate and chitosan/graphene oxide, and promotes osteogenic action of the magnesium alloy implant material.
