NOVELTY - A cast nylon composite material is prepared by polymerizing graphene doped caprolactam in the presence of a catalyst, where weight ratio of caprolactam with graphene is 100: 0.005-0.095. USE - Cast nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved polymerization casting mechanical performance, friction performance, shock resistance and antiabrasion performance, and can improve impact strength to 2-4 times and volume wear ratio to 7.7.
