NOVELTY - Lithium-ion battery silicon-carbon cathode material comprises substrate and nano silicon and nano carbon deposited on the surface of the substrate. The substrate is carbon material. The nano-silicon and nano-carbon are mixed and deposited on the surface of the substrate through a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition process. The substrate is in a fluidized state of motion in the deposition zone during the plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition process. The plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition process is performed in a fluidized plasma vapor deposition furnace. The fluidized plasma vapor deposition furnace is provided with a anode plate and a cathode plate. A deposition area is formed between the anode plate and the cathode plate. The cathode plate has the function of vibrating material transportation. The substrate is fluidized in the deposition area under the vibration of the cathode plate. USE - Used as lithium-ion battery silicon-carbon cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves performance of silicon-carbon cathode material.
