NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/chitosan/silver nanowire functionalized cotton fiber includes immersing cotton fabric in sodium hydroxide solution, repeatedly washing with deionized until neutral, drying to obtain sodium hydroxide-modified cotton fabric, redispersing in deionized water, adding trimethylallylammonium chloride, reacting, repeatedly washing with deionized water, drying to obtain trimethylallylammonium chloride-modified cotton fabric, redispersing in deionized water, slowly adding polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer solution, reacting, taking out, cleaning and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/chitosan/silver nanowire functionalized cotton fiber (claimed) used e.g. for textile, clothes, wearable device and flexible conductive device. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene oxide/chitosan/silver nanowire functionalized cotton fiber, which has excellent conductivity, antibacterial property and anti-UV performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide/chitosan/silver nanowire functionalized cotton fiber comprises immersing cotton fabric in 20 mass% sodium hydroxide solution at bath ratio of 1:50 and 90 degrees C for 120 minutes, repeatedly washing with deionized until neutral, drying to obtain sodium hydroxide-modified cotton fabric, redispersing in deionized water at bath ratio of 1:50, adding trimethylallylammonium chloride, where mass ratio of trimethylallylammonium chloride and sodium hydroxide-modified cotton fabric is 1:5-1:10, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 1-24 hours, repeatedly washing with deionized water, drying to obtain trimethylallylammonium chloride-modified cotton fabric, redispersing trimethylallylammonium chloride-modified cotton fabric in deionized water at bath ratio of 1:50, slowly adding 1-100 g/L PAMAM dendrimer solution, where volume ratio of PAMAM dendrimer solution and trimethylallylammonium chloride-modified cotton fabric deionized water is 1:5-1:10, reacting at 75-95 degrees C for 60-120 minutes, taking out, cleaning and drying to obtain cationic cotton fabric, adding 1-10 g/L silver nanowires isopropanol solution with 0.1-1 g/L nitronium tetrafluoroborate ethanol solution at 1:1-5:1 volume ratio at room temperature, gently shaking until silver nanowire precipitates, centrifugally separating, redispersing in deionized water at 1:1-1:10 volume ratio, adding 0.01-100 g/L hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polymer aqueous solution, stirring at constant speed for 24 hours to obtain hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polymer-modified silver nanowire, centrifugally separating, washing for multiple times with deionized water and ethanol, drying, preparing hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polymer-modified silver nanowire into 0.1-10 g/L aqueous solution, soaking the cationic cotton fabric at 1:50 bath ratio for 10-60 minutes, repeatedly washing with deionized water, taking out, drying, adding chitosan into 0.5 mol/L acetic acid solution, stirring for 2 hours, completely dissolving, obtaining 1-5 mass% chitosan solution, preparing 1-10 g/L graphene oxide water solution, mixing with chitosan solution, ultrasonically mixing uniformly, immersing the cotton fabric in graphene oxide-chitosan mixed solution at 1:50 bath ratio for 10-60 minutes, repeatedly washing with deionized water, taking out, drying, obtaining cotton fabric having surface with graphene oxide/chitosan/silver nanowire layer, and repeating the operation until obtaining the desired number of graphene oxide/chitosan/silver nanowire layers in cotton fabric surface.
