NOVELTY - Indoor and outdoor non-expansion type steel structure fireproof paint, comprises 15-35 pts. wt. gypsum, 10-50 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 5-20 pts. wt. rubber powder, 5-10 pts. wt. modified white graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 2-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 2-5 pts. wt. thickening agent. USE - Used as indoor and outdoor non-expansion type steel structure fireproof paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint enhances the fireproof performance, has less smoke, solves the problem that the heat-retardant of the existing fireproof paint has a low heat resistance limit and generates a large amount of smoke when burned, which affects the evacuation and escape of personnel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the paint, comprising (i) taking the epoxy resin into the reaction urn, adding polyester amide, heating and melting, stirring during the period to make mix uniformly, stop heating, adding vinyl triamine, stirring to completely dissolve to obtain the modified epoxy resin primary product and allowing to stand the modified epoxy resin primary product for 3-5 hours under the 1-5 degrees C to obtain modified epoxy resin; (ii) dispersing the white graphene in the solvent B, adding lipophilic stabilizing agent for oleophylic treatment to obtain the white graphene dispersion liquid, heating the white graphene dispersion liquid to 60-100 degrees C, adding initiator, stirring uniformly, adding the polymerization monomer, stirring and reacting for 0.5-2 hours, adjusting the pH value of the obtained reaction liquid to 7-8, cooling, filtering and drying to modified white grapheme; (ii) preparing raw materials comprises 20 pts. wt. gypsum powder, 13 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 7 pts. wt. rubber powder, 8 pts. wt. modified white graphene, 5 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 4 pts. wt. and 3 pts. wt. thickening agent; (iv) adding the gypsum powder, expanded perlite, rubber powder, modified white graphene, modified epoxy resin into the reaction urn, heating, melting and stirring, mixing uniformly, after all substances are mixed uniformly, stopping heating and start cooling; and (v) cooling to room temperature, adding antifoaming agent, dispersant, thickening agent, allowing to stand and cooling to obtain the product.
