▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/activated carbon microspheres involves mixing sucrose and carbon fibers in deionized aqueous solution, stirring at room temperature for 4-6 hours, and ultrasonically dispersing using an electromagnetic ultrasonic device. The ultrasonic dispersion power is 350-550 watt. The ultrasonic dispersion time is 0.5-1 hours to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution described is atomized by using an ultrasonic atomizer, where atomization flow rate is 350-380 cubic centimeter per minute. The atomized mixed solution is introduced into a vacuum tube furnace whcih is pre-passed with inert gas, and heated at 500-550 degrees C for 28-30 hours in constant temperature until end of spray for 1 hours, after reaction furnace is cooled to room temperature. The product deposited in tube which is collected. The product is uniformly mixed with aqueous graphene oxide solution to obtain a composite aqueous solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene/activated carbon microspheres. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/activated carbon microspheres which has spherical structure, large specific surface area and good dispersibility, it is effectively improves electrochemical performance of anode material, and it is applied to the catalyst carrier, water treatment and sewage purification, solvent absorption and related fields such as recovery, and it has great application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide is added to adjusted the pH of the solution to 10 or more, continuously stirred to obtain a dispersion of graphene oxide-encapsulated carbohydrate, followed by atomizing and drying dispersion to obtain composite powder. The composite powder is ground with grinding speed of 320-350 revolution per minute, where grinding time is 0.8-1.5 hours, after passing through a 100-300 mesh sieve, it is placed in a vacuum tube furnace which is passed through an inert gas, and heated at 600-800 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and vacuum tube furnace is cooled to room temperature. The obtained product is collected to obtain desired product.
