NOVELTY - The special-shaped polyester fiber material for blending special-shaped and different-shrinkage comprises fibers made from modified polyester. The modified polyester is made of terephthalic acid and consists of ethylene glycol and fluorine-containing diols. The main chain of the fluorine-containing diols is 3-6C-diols, and the side chains contain 1-20 C-perfluoroalkyl groups. USE - Special-shaped polyester fiber material for blending special-shaped and different-shrinkage. ADVANTAGE - The polyester fiber material has differential shrinkage effect, and the glossiness. The strength, yellowing resistance, elasticity, water resistance, and antibacterial performance of the modified polyester fiber are increased and improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a production method of special-shaped polyester fiber material for blending special-shaped and different-shrinkage, which involves: (1) placing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, fluorine-containing dihydric alcohol and a polycondensation catalyst into a reaction kettle setting the temperature of the reaction kettle to be 280-320 ℃, and carrying out polycondensation reaction to obtain an oligomer; (2) carrying out alcoholysis reaction on the oligomer and 2, 2-hydroxymethyl-1, 3-propylene glycol, then carrying out polycondensation reaction, and continuously stirring for 40-60 min under a vacuum environment to obtain a melt; (3) adding methyl hydrogen cyclosiloxane, polymethyl hydrogen siloxane and antibacterial liquid, closing the reaction kettle, setting the temperature to be 250-290 ℃, and continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes under a vacuum environment; (4) then directly introducing the melt into an extruder, discharging from an outlet end, directly entering a spinning box for spinning, and cooling and blowing; (5) extruding, cooling, oiling and winding the melt through a porous special-shaped spinneret plate to obtain modified polyester fibers; and (6) twisting the modified polyester fiber and draw texturing yarn, heating, stretching, cooling, false twisting, heating and shaping, and then winding.
