▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A method of preparing graphene is provided. The method is performed using a reactive furnace which is divided into the first heating zone and the second heating zone, and the first heating zone is at the front section of the reactive furnace and the second heating zone is at the rear section of the reactive furnace. The method comprises: placing the catalyst in the first heating zone and placing the substrate in the second heating zone; and heating the first heating zone to about 900 DEG C to about 1000 DEG C and heating the second heating zone to about 500 DEG C to about 600 DEG C; and injecting methane with about a 10sccm to about 50sccm flow rate into the reactive furnace, so as to make methane be catalyzed and cracked via the said temperature and the catalyst, and be deposited at the substrate to form graphene. This preparing method provides various selection of the substrate for deposing graphene based on requirement.
