NOVELTY - Production of graphene paper involves injecting graphite flakes and stripping liquid into kettle having a stirrer, stirring to obtain evenly mixed material, heating the kettle and maintaining temperature at 100-150 degrees C, discharging upper suspension through discharge outlet to storage tank, standing still for more than 24 hours to obtain an initial product, passing graphene suspension from storage tank to centrifuge, centrifuging mixture, taking supernatant which is spin-coated, drying to obtain crude film, washing film by spraying ethanol and distilled water, and drying. USE - Production of graphene paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene paper with high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of graphene paper involves (a) injecting graphite flakes and stripping liquid into kettle with an agitator according to the weight ratio of 1:2-5, stirring is started by the motor of the kettle to obtain evenly mixed material where the stripping liquid is an oil-water immiscible mixture system, (b) heating the kettle and maintaining temperature at 100-150 degrees C in pressure of 1-3 atmosphere, stirring with a stirrer at 1000-2000 rpm for 3-6 hours, (c) discharging the upper suspension through discharge outlet to the storage tank after stopping the reaction, stand still for more than 24 hours to obtain an initial product, (d) passing the graphene suspension from storage tank to the centrifuge, centrifuging with the speed of 1000-6000 rpm for 10 minutes-2 hours, taking the supernatant which is spin-coated, drying to obtain crude film and (e) washing the film by spraying ethanol and distilled water, and drying using freeze-dryer.
